Charisma’s Landing’s Innovative Track System: Experience Healthier, Happier Horses
We offer a unique boarding experience designed to support whole horse health through movement, social interaction, and a species-appropriate lifestyle. Our track system encourages movement and positive social interactions resulting in healthier hooves, improved digestion, and enhanced mental well-being.
What is a Track System?
Continuous Movement:
Strategically placed hay stations, water sources, and enrichment areas keep horses moving throughout the day.
Hoof Health Support
Natural surfaces such as pea gravel, sand, and hard-packed dirt help maintain strong, healthy hooves without excessive wear.
Herd-Based Living:
Horses are social creatures that thrive in a well-matched herd. Our system allows for natural socialization while maintaining safety and harmony.
Forage-Based Feeding:
Free-choice, high-quality forage is the foundation of our feeding program, supplemented with bioavailable vitamins and minerals to meet individual needs.
A track system is a thoughtfully designed environment that mimics the natural roaming patterns of wild horses. Rather than a traditional stall or small paddock setup, horses live in a dynamic space that encourages near-constant movement, social interaction, and access to varied terrain. Boarding Options
We offer flexible boarding options tailored to suit you and your horse’s needs:
Full Board
$850
Includes daily management, hay feeding, mineral supplementation, routine track maintenance, and access to our facilities. Owners can rest easy knowing their horse is receiving comprehensive care in a healthy, natural setting.
Rehabilitation & Transition Boarding
$1200
Designed for horses recovering from injury, illness, or metabolic challenges, this option provides specialized support to aid in their recovery and transition to a healthier lifestyle. We focus on movement-based healing, diet adjustments, and individualized management plans.
Partial Board
$500
Ideal for owners who want a more hands-on role in their horse’s care, this option provides access to our track system while incorporating self-care responsibilities. Boarders contribute to daily chores and farm maintenance, fostering a sense of community and shared stewardship.
Retirement Board
$950
A peaceful, enriching environment for senior horses to live out their golden years with dignity. Our track system promotes mobility and joint health, while our forage-based feeding program ensures they receive the nutrition they need to age comfortably.
